 In most places on earth, women are liberated and truly "half the sky".
 I have seen the other half of the earth in Hosseini's 《A Thousand Splendid Suns》: the lament of Afghan women.

Women and girls, whether online or in virtual space, have a fundamental right to live free from violence and to have control over their own bodies and lives.

UN 2023 focuses its theme on innovation and technology for gender equality. 

Technology affects almost every aspect of our lives, including how we work, learn, communicate and participate in the public sphere. However, women are only a quarter as likely as men to have advanced ICT skills and represent less than 20% of technical staff. In the field of artificial intelligence, women are involved in only 12% of research efforts.
